Refund Policy
How ŃEON handles cancellations, damaged or defective items, and refunds for UAE orders.
Cancellations & Changes
Since all items are made to order, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 12 hours of placing your order. After production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@neonshop.world with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
No Returns for Size or Change of Mind
Because each item is custom made-to-order, we're unable to accept returns for reasons of size or change of mind once an order has entered production — please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
