Everything you need to know about how ŃEON orders are produced, packed, and delivered across the United Arab Emirates. All items are made to order, quality-checked, and dispatched from our UAE fulfilment partner.

Rates

• Flat 20 AED delivery across every emirate — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain.
• No hidden import, customs, or handling fees at checkout.
• Applied automatically at the last step of checkout regardless of order size or weight.

Delivery times

• Standard items — made to order, ships in 3–5 working days.
• Custom-printed jerseys — add roughly one working day for the print bed.
• Courier transit after dispatch — usually 1–2 business days depending on emirate.
• Dubai and Sharjah — most orders land the next day after dispatch.
• Northern emirates — typically two working days after dispatch.

How made-to-order works

Once your order is placed, our team confirms stock, prints or picks the item, quality-checks it, and hands it to the courier. You'll get an email at each stage plus a tracking link when the parcel is scanned. This keeps prices honest, stops overstock waste, and lets us take on custom prints without minimum-order pressure.

Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation immediately after checkout and a tracking link by email the moment the courier collects your parcel. You can also message +971 56 194 6201 on WhatsApp with your order number for a live update from our team.

Failed or missed deliveries

Our courier partner attempts delivery up to three times and will contact you by phone before each attempt. If all attempts fail, the parcel is returned to our warehouse and we'll reach out to arrange redelivery or a refund minus the delivery fee.

International
