Made to Order
Every NEON piece is made to order specifically for you. Production begins as soon as you place your order, and items ship within 3-5 days.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Since items are made to order, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 12 hours of placing your order. After production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
Returns & Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@neonshop.world with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Because each item is custom made-to-order, we're unable to accept returns for reasons of size or change of mind once an order has entered production — please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
